Fiorentina are ready to listen to an offer for David De Gea before the end of the season, despite Paolo Vanoli’s public support for their captain.
According to FirenzeViola, the club are weighing up their options on the matter, with the former Manchester United stopper’s form under scrutiny for his second campaign.

Vanoli was emphatic before last weekend’s trip to the San Siro: “He is my leader, full stop. There is no debating about Gea.” The Spaniard responded with a superb display against Inter, only for Marco Thuram and Piotr Zielinski to turn the game around in stoppage time.
That 2-1 defeat left Fiorentina 18th with four points from eight games, and the club was already looking at alternatives.

Fiorentina will spend De Gea as a replacement
Thomas Martinelli is an internal option. The 20-year-old Avellino has been loaned out to the Serie B side with an option to buy, but Fiorentina should have a say in director Fabio Paratici’s decision to bring him back.
River Plate Santiago Beltrán, 22, is also on the Paratic list. His contract runs until December 2027 and River wants around €20m, with Inter and Premier League and Bundesliga clubs circling. Lazio’s Christos Mandas was echoed in the summer, without fruit.
