Creating realistic business offers that lead to a successful deal is always challenging. In all seasons, Justin Boone will be on his book rest-of-time trade value charts that you can use as a guide to help you move and manage your number.

Below, we highlight any players you should buy or sell before their value changes in the coming weeks.

Jacksonville’s defense has been a clear lead this season and his role continues to grow, resulting in season highs in snapping (66%) and passing percentage (43%) against the Eagles.

The 23-year-old currently sits as the RB19 in fantasy points per game, but his usage points to a much higher ceiling. He averaged 85 yards from scrimmage per outing and scored just two touchdowns this season after finding the end zone seven times in his rookie year.

One of those seven TDs came against the Texans’ defense in Week 6. While a true breakout performance didn’t occur against Houston, it’s only a matter of time before Tuten has a blowup week that heralds his potential to even most casual fantasy recruits.

We treat him as a strong fantasy RB2 with low-end RB1 performance well within his range of results over the course of the season.

When Marvin Harrison Jr. While waiting to be traded, Wilson’s hopes were high for a big matchup with the Lions. So, naturally, he had one of his worst streaks of the season with just four catches for 30 yards.

This event resulted in a fluke in the game that was thrown out of the hand that Wilson suffered in the fourth quarter. Don’t let that overshadow his volume and production the previous two weeks, when he had 11 catches for 89 yards and a TD in Week 3 and seven catches for 95 yards in Week 4.

Use that disappointment to your advantage and offer Wilson this week. He tied for fourth in targets, averaging 10.2 per game. See him as an obvious fantasy WR2 with a low end WR1 for the rest of the season.

Speaking of players coming off a woefully weak stat line, Tate followed up a breakout nine-catch, 145-yard effort in Week 4 along with six receptions on five targets on Sunday.

Trying to be a starting member of the Titans’ offensive line isn’t fun this year, but Tate has the ability to transcend this franchise’s struggles.

Having the easiest fantasy roster among all receivers will help him the rest of the way. In the first round, he only faces one opponent who is ranked in the bottom half of the league for his fantasy points allowed position.

Rookies tend to improve the further they get into their debut campaign, and Tate has the best opportunity to do so. He is already a high end WR3 and the road to WR2 status is well removed.

Mason has spent the last month in the IR, but he could be eligible to graduate in Week 7 when the Vikings return from the bye.

While Mason’s 31-year-old teammate Aaron Jones Sr. (verse 32 in December) emerged, in the absence of Mason’s workshop, that the approach is not sustainable. Jones has also battled soft tissue injuries for several seasons, so it’s fair to question his longevity over the course of a 17-game campaign, especially after he’s dealt with so much volume in recent weeks.

In just one game, it was Mason who saw the most carries, turning in 15 touches for 59 yards and 20 touchdowns. Minnesota has been on the offensive this year and now has one of the five weakest rosters in fantasy RBs.

Mason was only in 67% of leagues, so you can pick him up as a free agent in the short form. If not, this would be the last chance to trade him as a fantasy RB3 with a RB2 ceiling.

Irving’s incredible performance in the Bucs’ Thursday night rout of the Cowboys is nothing to be ashamed of. His 175 yards and two touchdowns were by far his best marks through the first five weeks and will likely be his season highs as we look toward the 2026 campaign.

That is why it is being developed in this space. Irving is not knocking, just playing value. The fantasy managers capitalized on the offensive line in the first game of the season against a very friendly defense.

Are you confident that Irving will handle the goal-line work after watching Sean Tucker take those snaps a little while ago? I am not. This was also Irving’s first 100-yard game since 2024, so expectations are a little high.

I consider Irving a fantasy RB2 and use his big performance to your advantage. Package Irving with other pieces and send offers for a top-12 RB or WR.

We knew the top end of Skatteboa’s fantasy results would likely evaporate when Jaxson Dert suffered an injury this season. However, he can still be a strong fantasy starter as long as he keeps the workers rolling, which could hurt the rookie before.

Sadly, that didn’t materialize and Skattebo now shares the Giants backfield with Najee Harris and Tyrone Tracy Jr., who each earned six in Week 5.

Skattebo’s offense and touchdowns have now declined in three straight games and his role as a catcher has been well underwhelming.

That sent Skattebo into the bottom end of the fantasy RB2 range and could push him into near-RB3 territory.

Don’t be fooled by Dobbin’s RB16 performance in Week 5. It was still an inefficient outing that required 20 touches to produce 74 yards and a touchdown.

Before Dobbins had failed to reach 55 yards or the end zone in any contest this season. Now the Seahawks defense will take on the fact that it’s held every back not named Christian McCaffrey to 51 yards or less rushing. Also, Seattle is tied for second in the league with just two rushing TDs allowed through five games.

If you’re going to move Dobbins, you’ll have to act quickly, as the Seahawks and Broncos square off on Thursday Night Football.

Even though I hate to put Boston in the Saddle section, it’s the right move from a redraft standpoint.

The rookie running offense of the Browns only generated 202 passing yards per game. Boston has been held to three catches or less in three of its first five appearances, but has been saved on two of those days with touchdowns.

While all the receptions are counted, it’s clear that Boston is lucky to have a top 25 fantasy WR on the year. Given the game in Cleveland, Boston’s production is more likely to be more boom-or-bust going forward, making him a fantasy WR3.

Like Irving, that doesn’t mean Boston isn’t a good player you could keep and even start. But, if someone in your league buys him at the current fantasy value of a WR2, you should trade him.
