I’m not sure any two teams in baseball feel like they’re positioned in the opposite way than the San Diego Padres and the Milwaukee Brewers, and that’s a testament to the work they’ve done up front.
The Padres are the ultimate stars and scrubs squad, built by a leader who will provide some depth of perspective, who can provide blossoming talent and powerful skills. They are your brain’s little favorite rivals in your fantasy baseball league, constantly lurking and driving you to wonder if they will ever be competitive in the future, while the players you carry. to know to produce
Brewers are bright and future-oriented, turning no-name editors and international talent into confused contributors, and fleeing the survivalist hunt for talent in the hope of striking gold in their few, with constant contributors around and riding through their parts and spare parts. Constantly reload with players you’ve discarded or never heard of, just like that another your least favorite rival in your fantasy baseball league…the one who has his own plate to keep track of his plate, and always snipes your pick on the rebound wire or pulls a bunt out of the cap.
… Also, these two teams are playing one of the more aesthetically pleasing pieces of baseball I’ve seen this year, so we’re in for a treat.
