The Brewers put on a World Series parade Friday, two days after winning the 2026 title

According to the old battle laws, the Milwaukee Brewers are entitled to fireworks in this manner. The Brewers, after defeating the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 5 on Wednesday night, clinched the 2026 World Series title – the first such title in franchise history – and it will soon be time to celebrate.

Speaking of which, the City of Milwaukee on Thursday announced plans for the Brewers’ championship parade, which will take place on Friday, October 30. Here are the essentials;

What?: Brewers Parade Champions and laughter concur
where: Beginning at N. 4th St. and W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee to Henry Maier Festival Park.
when: Starts at 10 am CST on Friday, Oct. 30
Price: The parade is free and open to the public
TV/streaming: Nationally on MLB Network, MLB.tv, Brewers.tv, and Brewers.com (fuboTV, free streaming); are posted on CBS 58 ABM 9 am CST.

The party at the Henry Maier Garden Festival will open at 8 a.m. and will include a big stage movie, live garden coverage, music, food and beverage offerings, exclusive merchandise and more. Alumni brewers will also be in attendance and the first 50,000 fans will receive a limited edition towel to collect the ball.

Here is the parade route:

Milwaukee Public Schools also announced that school will be closed for all students and staff on Friday for a parade and celebration.

During this season, and especially given the enthusiasm shown by the players in the game, the Brewers – there may be more presence in Game 5 at Tropicana Field – will no doubt be a lively and memorable celebration. Brewers supporters, after all, have only been waiting 57 years for the event.
