Payton Talbott’s ex-UFC champion’s scars are quickly crushing — and now he wants another one.
Talbott added to his collection of spectacular performances Saturday night at UFC 332, knocking out two-time flyweight title holder Deiveson Figueiredo with a spectacular white-hot performance in just two minutes at the downtown Salt Lake City Delta Center.

Fighting for the first time since the December 2025 demolition of former two-division champion Henrique Cejudo, Talbott (12-1) wasted no time in discovering that the flow was wasted. The 28-year-old bantamweight contender Figueiredo (25-8-1) lays in the door 30 seconds in with another dirty one on the ball, then poured in front foot pressure and found the stoppage at the 2:09 mark of the opening round blitzkrieg with looping punches.
After, Talbott called his shot, attacking the same man he was often compared to when the UFC rose: former bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley.

“I just moved the floor with two boxers, back-to-back. And I want another one,” Talbott said. “Andree Garfield — I mean, Sean O’Malley — you can’t run forever. Give the people what they want.”
Talbot, with the win, improves his UFC record to 6-1.
Figueiredo, 38, on the other hand, has already lost five of the previous six.
“I want” [the fight] “It lasted longer, I really wanted to feel that fight,” Talbott said. It’s been so long, you know? But he is always lucky to come away with, hopefully, a good and nice coin.
