Coaches are worried about sick players trying to push through the final round and getting sicker or risking getting even more healthy signs.

This has not been done before. During the 2018 Austin Regional, the disease affected multiple coaches and players, with East Carolina only having two players available in the second round and others being taken to the hospital by ambulance.
