There are five to know on Tuesday
- The Yankees and the guards are nearly kidnapped. After getting a one-hit loss in Game 1, the Yankees need an answer in Game 2. For, themselves He made three errors in the first inning of a 5-2 loss. The series will now shift to New York with the Yankees on the brink of elimination. After a 4-3 loss to the White Sox in Game 2, the Rangers are in a similar boat, except they will have to sweep on the road. Garrett Crochet is an artist finally paying dividends at Chicago
- The Falcons ran at the untrained Saints. On a turbulent night in New Orleans, a visiting team steals an arch. It started early when Bijan Robinson converted his first 50-yard touchdown, and the Falcons carved up the Saints for the rest of the night. It resulted in a great 45-24 win between Atlanta and New Orleans I don’t enjoy looking at this performance on film.
- Oregon QB Dante Moore returned to practice. The Ducks got a positive update on their starting quarterback in the last few days before the No. 25 matchup against UCLA. After suffering a concussion in a scary hit against USC, Moore He returned to practice pads and a helmet on Monday. We don’t know Moore’s public status in the game until later in the week, but this is a positive development. If Moore can’t go, the Ducks will turn to Dylan Raiola, whose Patience has already paid off.
- Backfields are in Philadelphia and Seattle. The Eagles avoided a worst-case scenario with Barkele, but it was still there labeled week-to-week as he recovers from injuries to cut the nerves. The only backfield in worse shape than the Eagles was the Seahawks. First-round rookie Jadarian Price is in the IR with a chest injury, and Zach Charbonnet is still working his way back from a torn ACL suffered last year. Because of the Seahawks turned to free agent and signed Joe Mixon off the street
- Alex Ovechkin has announced that the 2026-27 season will be his last. The NHL’s all-time leading goal scorer will retire at the end of the current season. In a video posted to social media by the Capitals, Ovechkin secret plans are revealed to teammates Ovechkin’s 929 goals are the most in NHL history, and no one has come close to the Rockets’ nine Richardson Trophy wins. Ovechkin now has one eye on the Stanley Cup after being loaded by Washington in the offseason.
Don’t miss this: UCLA is coming up on the CFB powerhouse
CBS Sports Graphic
Don’t look now, though Bob Chesney have UCLA within the top 25 four games in a row. In fact, the Bruins are even higher than Brandon Marcelli The latest CFB Power Rankings.
UCLA had an open day last week to gear up for a top 25 game against Oregon This weekend, however, none of them made it into our top 10. Not only does Chesney have the brunt of the Bruins’ offense, but he also has the ability to get some revenge James Madison against the Ducks in last year’s College Football Playoff.
- Marcellus: “UCLA sits at home preparing for Oregon. James Madison’s last three coaches – Curt Cignetti, Bob Chesney and current Chiefs coach Billy Napier – are all undefeated. Chesney returns this week to Eugene, where he led James Madison to a CFP first-round loss last season.”

One team that is pretty far from any top 10 ranking these days Penn State. Northwestern. The Nittany Lions plummeted 12 spots in the latest edition of the CBS Sports 138and hardly hang in the sum of 50
Oh, and to make matters worse, Penn State is one of the 10 teams Panic Meter on our land after Week V

It’s hard to beat the champion in this regard Knicks. Their five-star return is often questionable after rolling to the title in the space of last year. He said he has serious competition in his division.
The 76ers already enough of the offeason, and of these five with a graver countenance LeBron James and Jaylen Brown in rv. President of basketball operations Mike Gansey deserves a lot of credit for his summer masterclass.
- González: “Paul Georges and his onerous contract for Brown, a Finals MVP, who is coming off the best season of his career and is seven years younger. Then arguably the greatest player of all time signed a vet minimum with a team that hasn’t made it out of the second round since 2001. That’s a nifty turn. Add them in the recent slim embiidos and five embiidos. when Dr. J and Moses Malone delivered their last championship in 1983.
Besides, the Knicks are currently in contentious negotiations with their starting five member. Second Charles Anthony Towns, the extension says “no good” time around the corner. We have already seen at one end a positive treated grape knownso maybe Towns and New York can find a solution.
