30 Fantasy basketball picks for all NBA teams after the first week of the 2026-27 season

Every team played two to four games, which is the perfect amount of time to go wrong everything. This morning he gets all 30 teams, earning extra seven. Stats as of Monday, Oct. 26

Jerome led the league in scoring at 34.7 points per game. I’ll say it again. TY Jerome led the league in scoring.

Dropped 45 in the opener, 28 against Golden State and 31 against Sacramento on Sunday to close out Week 1. Come Monday: 15 points on 4-of-15 shooting, with 8 assists, in Memphis’ 110-105 win over Utah. That brought his average up to 29.8 ppg, and the comeback I talked about began.

Take mine in the morning: in this volume descending Jerome will keep the efficacy. How much remains to be seen, but imagine the return you can get right now if you sell high. You could even ride the waves without money early in the winning league. The Grizzlies are one of five undefeated teams right now.

The Thunder have one of the worst defenses in the league, allowing just 102 points per 100 possessions. Unfortunately, Jalen Williams suffered a gruesome leg injury that will sideline him for the season, along with Cason Wallace (torn labrum in his left shoulder). The silver lining is hard to find – it sucks for OKC fans and fantasy players. However, the next mental man and player is Ajay Mitchell. Mitchell went out on Sunday, scoring 18 points with 6 boards, 4 assists and 3 rebounds in 27 minutes.

On Monday, he climbed to 30 points with 5 assists and a goal. It happens in over 60% of leagues, but if it’s sitting on your wire, pick it up right away. My pick is Mitchell as the biggest beneficiary of Williams’ loss, with Jared McCain and Bennett Stirtz next in line.

Dončić went against the Jazz, dropping the first 50-game season of the young man. He scored 52 points on 17-of-30 shooting with 8 3s, 10 assists and 8 boards in 38 minutes. If not for Jerome, Luka would have held the title of top scorer through Week 1. He leads the league in points (128.0 per game) and this team is buzzing with fantasy prospects, with Dončić, Austin Reaves and Walker Kessler all within the top 30 in 9-cat leagues and the top 50 in league points.

Miami is 0-4, allowing 121.8 points per game and is just 10th in Defensive Rating through four games. On top of that no one but Giannis Antetokounmpo or Davion Mania is doing anything. Bam Adebayo is averaging 11.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.0 steals per game while shooting 40% from the field.

Surely they would insist on time. Calling this a new-look Heat team image feels like an overreaction; Defense has above all the will to improve. But who is ugly now, he needs pain.

Anderson .Paak and the Dope Hearts have released a new album titled “It’s a Heavy Crown” and it fits the Knicks to a tee. They are 0-3 and still have that smile hangover. The defense is on target, but their offense has finished in the bottom five.

They will certainly turn around, buying this good spot for Jalen Brunson, OG Anunoby, Josh Hart and especially Mikal Bridges, who averages 3 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and one block per game in 30 minutes. This offense can’t get much worse, so be patient and expect some positive return soon.

Utah lost two of its final games in Monday’s 110-105 loss to Memphis. Jaren Jackson Jr. (knee) went down in the second half after an opposing player landed on his leg, and Lauri Markkanen (wrist) left after six minutes of playing in the first quarter. The severity of both injuries is still unknown, and the Jazz are playing against the odds on Wednesday. He benefited from Ace Bailey, who had 17 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocks in a season-high 34 minutes, his second straight double-double. If it’s sitting on your thread (49% of the roster), it should be added here.

For the major leagues, Mo Bamba is also worth a look in his first appearance of the season, with 14 points on 7-of-8 shooting, plus seven boards and four blocks in 29 minutes. Utah’s backcourt is thin, with Jusuf Nurkić (foot) and Jaxson Hayes (shoulder) also dealing with injuries, minutes there.

  • Hawks: Dyson Daniels averaged 3.5 steals over four games. He’s getting steals from his 7th and 5th games, but he’s still one of the best stealers in fantasy.

  • Chat: The matchup between Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown is fun. Against each other for the first time on Tuesday, Nov. 10. Hope the lamb is cut with the sauce remaining on the table.

  • Rare nets: The sixth pick of the 2026 NBA Draft, Mikel Brown Jr nowhere near to be a fantasy contributor this season. Nets HC Jordi Fernandez does not seem to be a a fan

  • Crabrons: With Kon Knueppel and Coby White both out, Brandon Miller lives up to the breakout we’ve been waiting for. Over the past two games, he is averaging 36.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 3 steals per game.

  • Taurus; I know it’s early, but rookie Caleb Wilson has Matas Buzelis in Chicago’s lineup. Now it’s Norm Powell and Caleb’s show.

  • Cavaliers: More Meleek Thomas, please, Mr Atkinson. The second-round rookie out of Arkansas was a chipper bucket and creator in Summer League and after sparking Monday off the bench with 16 points in 19 minutes, we should see him in the rotation more.

  • Mavericks: Cooper Flagg shrugged off a shoulder injury and returned on Monday to deliver a monster lineup: 29 points, 6 rebounds, 11 assists, 5 steals and 3 blocks in 40 minutes. Flagg now leads the league in steals per game at 3.7 and 5.4 assists overall. Oh, and he’s the No. 1 overall player in the 9-cat. The most valuable in the first round.

  • Nuggets: The Nuggets’ system does not yield fantasy managers beyond Nikola Jokić and Jamal Murray. But it is sad. Maybe Aaron Gordon.

  • Baker: Paul Reed should be the player with Jalen Duren sidelined for at least the next two weeks. Even though Duren has looked great, the offseason run of contracts may hurt his situation and the mound before the season.

  • Warriors: Yaxel Lendeborg had 31 points, 12 boards and 6 assists in Monday’s 134-114 win at Denver. He’s the first Warriors rookie since Steph Curry to post a 30-10-5 streak, and it’s only the fourth game of the season. He steals things in his imagination.

  • Rockets: The Rockets were undefeated and became a fantasy fabric. I just don’t expect Fred VanVleet and Jabari Smith Jr. to continue the top 30 players, ahead of Kevin Durant and Alperen engün.

  • Pacers: Jay Huff flopped in his first slot to replace Ivica Zubac on the starting line. He will get better, but expect some inconsistent performances in the next couple of weeks as fantasy players chase his blocks and 3s.

  • Clippers: Darius Garland lived up to the hype. Kris Dunn, though?! wow Pick him overall as 19th in 9 cat (best on the team) and 61st in league points.

  • Buck: Kyle Kuzma is actually hooping. Three things in a strong order. It’s time for fantasy actors to take notice of the federal points. Oh, and Kel’el Ware is finally getting hot, with double-doubles in the last two games.

  • Pelicans: Although Jeremiah Fears was started by SG, I released him in two 12-team leagues because his ineffectiveness and lack of volume hurt his fantasy stock. Being 30% rostered is a tad high.

  • Magic: Paolo Banchero is out 4-6 weeks and Jalen Suggs is shooting the bullet. Either way, this leaves Francis Wagner to deal with the greater use, with Antonio Black and Tristan da Silva being held in an additional volume.

  • the sun: Over three games, Devin Booker is the only Phoenix player ranked in the top 100 in the 9-cat and leagues.

  • 76ers: We don’t need to talk about Tyrese Maxey doing his thing – rate the first-round all day. Joel Embiid, however, had a rare three-pointer in the last game and is getting better every game. LeBron looks old – and he is.

  • Track Blazers: The Blazers are undefeated and are in the top three in offensive and defensive rating. Crazy! Ja Morant and Damian Lillard look great together.

  • Kings: Darius Acuff Jr. He shoots a lot – 24 shots per game, which doesn’t make the vets happy. Fantasy managers, however, report that volume, even if it doesn’t translate into high shear.

  • Boots: I wonder how long, or how many losses it will take, for Mitch Johnson to leave the three guards? I guess some people are weak, but the W’s need something.

  • Timberwolves: Anthony Edwards has the first vote for Valuable Player. He tries to mix everything up while trying to lead the league in the slag. Ant-Man plays tough on both sides of the ball and could carry the power of Wolf to make him a serious contender. Fantasy-wise, Edwards was the top pick.

  • Raptors: Scottie Barnes went 0-for-12 Sunday but had four steals. Kawhi Leonard (knee) was sidelined for a week, but thankfully his MRI revealed no damage. Hope returns soon.

  • Magicians: No. 1 overall pick, AJ Dybantsa, we didn’t see make his professional debut. He does the wrong thing with his ankle. Anthony Davis and Trae Young look promising if they can both stay healthy.
